Natural Aromatherapy Soap Making

Service Description

This is an all-ages-friendly workshop that allows you to experience the making process of a great many types of soap. You will be working with a lovely range of fresh and dry herbs, flowers, and beautiful essential oils that will make each soap extra special. The method you will be using for this particular experience is called melt and pour, one of the many ways but the most creative way to create soaps. To finish the workshop, you would be packing up all the creations within 30 minutes after the workshop, the number of soap/shampoo bars/facial soap/body scrubs depends on the size of the mound you use during the workshop. The options of the shapes are well over hundreds. A packing box is provided after the workshop.

Cancellation Policy

1. Client Responsibility and Safety Your safety is our priority, but clients must take responsibility for their behavior in the studio, which is a working environment with inherent risks, such as blow torches and heavy machinery. All clients must attend a mandatory health and safety induction at the start of the session and follow the guidelines provided by our staff. The studio is not liable for accidents resulting from negligence or failure to follow instructions. If you bring children or guests, you are responsible for ensuring they follow the safety protocols. Children must be supervised at all times. 2. Booking Policies and Non-Refundable Vouchers Please note that we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or transfers for vouchers not issued directly from our website. Once your booking is confirmed, it is final and non-changeable. No changes to the booking, including cancellations or transferring to another date, will be accepted under any circumstances. Clients are strongly advised to review their booking details carefully before confirming. 3. Changes to Booking and Administrative Fees If you wish to make any changes to a confirmed booking, an administrative fee of £15 per person will apply, regardless of the time slot. This fee covers the logistical work involved in adjusting schedules. Please ensure that your booking is correct at the time of confirmation to avoid this fee. 4. Behavior and Right to Refuse Service We host many BYOB events and expect all clients to conduct themselves responsibly. The studio reserves the right to deny entry or remove clients for inappropriate or disruptive behavior. If this occurs, tickets will be forfeited without refund or compensation. 5. Punctuality and Attendance Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session. Due to safety briefings, late arrivals (more than 10 minutes late) will not be allowed to join the session. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for missed sessions. 6. Group Attendance If attending as part of a group, all members must arrive together. We will not allow the group to join the session if any member is late, as this disrupts the session. 7. Non-Refundable Glazing Services All glazing services are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for collecting their glazed pieces within 60 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be donated to charity. 8. Last-Minute Bookings For last-minute bookings, we cannot guarantee availability or that cancellations won’t occur.
